Why does Uncommon Giving send donations to nonprofits via ACH?

ACH is a low-cost, hassle-free way to ensure donations do as much good as possible.

Uncommon Giving uses ACH to reduce transaction costs and ensure each donation has as big of an impact as possible. ACH also makes it more convenient for both the nonprofit and the giver.

All ACH information on our platform is protected inside a payment card industry (PCI) compliant tokenized environment. Uncommon Giving does not have access to your personal information—in other words, your account data is secure!

We also use GIACT, a market leader in scanning donor and nonprofit information for fraud and risk prevention.
