What is an Uncommon Giving Wallet and how does it work?

An Uncommon Giving Wallet makes organizing and tracking your charitable giving easy.

An Uncommon Giving Wallet is a donor-advised fund (DAF) – a charitable giving tool. In the past, DAFs were only available to wealthy individuals. Uncommon Giving makes this tool available to everyone.

You can contribute to your giving wallet at any time or automate contributions with a recurring donation plan. Each time you fund your Uncommon Giving Wallet, you’ll get a tax receipt. Tax receipts are generated immediately, even if you choose to make a gift to a nonprofit at a later date.

All donations are processed through Uncommon Charitable Impact, Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity, so your funds are considered tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
