May 2025
For Our Valued Workplace & Organization Partners!
We've been hard at work enhancing our platform to empower your organization's philanthropic efforts and streamline your administrative tasks. Here's what's new:
Empowering Your Organization Profile We've made your Organization Profile even more dynamic and user-friendly:
-
The "Display a Volunteer Event" option on your Spotlight Card will now automatically hide if your Volunteer feature is disabled, keeping your profile clean and relevant.
-
We've added a clear message for ACH lockout due to GIACT verification failures, ensuring you're always informed about your funding status.
-
The user interface for Transfers and Transfer Refunds has been updated for a smoother, more intuitive experience.
Enhanced Giving History & Navigation Managing your organization's giving data is now even easier:
-
We've added a handy Gift Type filter to your Giving History, allowing for quick and precise data analysis.
-
Our lower-left navigation menu has been updated to make the "What's New" link more prominent, so you can easily stay informed about our latest features.
Optimized Gift Matching Visibility To provide a cleaner and more relevant experience, we've refined how gift matching features are displayed:
-
References to Gift Matching are now hidden when the feature is disabled for your organization.
- The "Gift Match Eligible" column is now hidden from the Roster list, export and the Show/Hide columns modal when matching is not active.
- For clarity in your exports, the "allow_matching" column in the User Roster Export has been renamed to "Gift Match Eligible" when displayed.
- This column is also excluded from exported CSVs when matching is disabled, ensuring your data exports are precise.
-
The sentence "When you make a gift, you can now choose to ask your organization to match it!" is now hidden on the Giver's Join confirmation page if matching is not enabled.
Behind-the-Scenes Improvements for a Smoother Experience We've also made some important fixes to improve your daily operations:
-
Organization Profile Editor: We've made improvements to white space/line break formatting and image resizing for a polished look.
-
Overview Dashboard: The "Users that did not volunteer" number will now correctly reflect your active users, even when a volunteer is archived.
-
Funding: The "You do not have permission..." message no longer appears erroneously on page load, ensuring a seamless workflow.
-
Gift Refunds: A notification email is now consistently sent to Admins when an Organization’s gift is refunded, keeping you informed.
We're committed to providing you with the best tools to achieve your philanthropic goals!
