      How do seeded funds and employer transfers appear in my wallet?

      See a balance in your wallet that wasn’t added by you? This could be from an initial seeding when your account was created or from funds your employer transferred on your behalf.

      When you create an account, you may notice an initial balance in your wallet. This can happen in two ways:
      • Wallet Seeding – An initial amount provided when your account is first set up.
      • Employer Transfers – Funds your employer has added to your wallet for you to give to causes you care about.


      How to View Details:

      To see where these funds came from and why they were added, simply go to your Funding tab and review the transactions details, including:

      • The amount transferred
      • The source (e.g., your employer)
      • The reason for the transfer (e.g., seeding, matching funds, or a special campaign)
