How Do I Link My Workplace Admin Account or Nonprofit Admin Account To My Donor (& Volunteer) Account?
You can easily link an Uncommon Giving workplace admin account or nonprofit admin account to a donor account to toggle between your user accounts.
You can link your Uncommon Giving admin account to your Uncommon Giving donor account. This will allow you to toggle between profiles when you are logged in. Just follow the steps below!
(Please note: to create multiple accounts on Uncommon Giving, each account must be an unused email on Uncommon Giving. ie- a donor and admin may not use the same email address for both accounts)
💡Pro-tip: If you are a workplace admin, we suggest creating your personal giver account before linking your accounts. This will ensure your personal giver account is Joined to your giver account.

- We suggest using your organizational email for your admin account and a personal email for your giver account
💡Pro-tip: If you are logged in to your giver account, we suggest logging out of Uncommon Giving or using a different browser before following the steps below.
- Log in to with your workplace admin or nonprofit admin credentials
- Click the expander arrow menu icon next to your name to reveal "Settings"
- Click "Settings"
- On the "Linked Account" line, click "Edit"
- Click "Link Account"
- Then select
- "Link to an existing donor account", or
- "Create a new donor account"

- Click "Continue"
- Follow the screen prompts to complete account profile linking
Once you have successfully linked your accounts, you can toggle between your accounts using the "Switch to. . ." feature found just below "Your Account - Settings".
